To reach the one in the top right you have to jump on the cannon (there's probably a platform hidden behind its sprite).
The one to the lower right is a bit tricky - take the elevator just a bit upwards and then jump against the wall.
The one on the left you can easily reach by just using the spring and then holding left.

For the secret area at the start of 4-4 I jumped from the ground, fluttered the cape a bit and got into it my first go.

I'll have to try a bit harder on 7-3, I am sure I tried the one on the left by jumping on the spring and holding left and the lower right one by getting out of the elevator and going against the wall. Maybe I was falling too fast to get the passages to open.

I didn't try to get into the top right one.

I thought I should mention I don't like the last level, the boss fight, it was too easy. After all the effort it took to get there I would have liked it to be a bit more of a challenge.

I made two very stupid and easy mistakes in the middle of the game. Never made such stupid things, but I was going with too fast routine and slipped into exit before picking up about 10 fruits around it and in some other place without hitting some coins up before exit. I was about to hit the esc key, but then was too bored to restart either, so I played to the end. Should have restarted apparently. Damn. :P
