I'm sorry for reviving an old thread, but I thought it was better than creating a whole new one.

Trying to install iGame, as it seems to be the most attractive front for WHDLoad. But I'm having this problem (Failure #8000000B). It gets to displaying the main window, but then fails immedietly. Stack size is 32000 and I have installed all the required files. But I have no FPU, and an EC030, so no MMU either.. But I can't find a working link to the no-fpu versions of render.library and guigfx.library. Could a kind sould provide these files somehow? Dropbox, The Zone, wherever.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks, AMIGASYSTEM. That was worth a shot. But the guigfx.library in Mysticube is a very old version (v4.4). I now know, that I need a NOFPU version of v17.1 or higher of guigfx.library. I know there is a v20 out. This I can't find! I really should get an FPU.. I have found out, that the whole problem is with guigfx. I don't think there are any FPU related issues with render.library (someone correct me if I'm wrong!).

However.. I have used the tooltype NOGUIGFX on iGame, and then it skips the whole guigfx "stuff" and starts up fine. Not really sure what difference guigfx make? Auto resizing of screenshots or something?

Anyway, thanks a lot for trying to help me. Much appreciated!

If someone has a NOFPU version of guigfx.library v17.1 or above, please come forward (pretty please, with sugar on top). I'd be very greatful!

I had a link to the complete v20 somewhere on here a few years back. Unfortunately it was on me-diafire so the link got scrubbed. The 020 version can be found on Libraries FTP.

If you want the full archive (there are 040/060 versions too) I could post it up...

Wow, did not know about that site. Bookmarked. This worked a treat! Removed the NOGUIGFX tooltype again, and iGame works great now. Thank you very much!

Thanks, but that won't be necessary for me. I have an EC030 CPU and no FPU. Quite sad.. I will get a 68882 pretty soon. Getting tired of making sacrifices and jumping through hoops, because I have no FPU. And then maybe a full 68030 with MMU at some point. So no need for 040/060 versions.

Thanks again!

iGame its self doesnt need any installation. Just copy the unpacked directory from the archive anywhere in your disk (get the 1.3 version).

Then, you'll need some libraries.

http://aminet.net/dev/misc/guigfxlib.lha
http://aminet.net/dev/misc/renderlib.lha

Put these two libraries to your SYS:libs/ (after unpacking you only need the 2 *.library files)

And lastly download:

http://aminet.net/dev/mui/MCC_Guigfx.lha
http://aminet.net/dev/mui/MCC_TextEditor-15.21.lha

From these archives, copy guigfx.mcc, texteditor.mcc, texteditor.mcp to MUI:Libs/mui/

I assume you have MUI installed?

Note: if iGame gurus when you start it, replace the render.library and guigfx.library from this archive: http://igame.amigahellas.gr/files/gu...nder_nofpu.lha

TIME PORTAL sequence ended.......Mar3-2020 1:27am..dead tired and can't sleep until my fresh install of AmigaOS3.1.4 is done on my 1200 desktop...my 1200 Tower is another many many many to infinity hours away from being close to finished....MrZammler I hope this post finds you well today as I'd like to thank you for this helpful info that my dreary eyes needed desperetely
