Is there supposed to be some music in there, or just a 'hiss' from a game sequence?

don't you hear wind and a bit of thunder, Its just a bad recording. I havent got the right setup to do a good one

too bad, i'll give a clue.

its so obvious too me

the police bit is a bit crazy I must admit, but they went by as i recorded it.

Why don't you just use winuae and the wav output feature?

I did use the wav output on the second go, did'nt know about it at first, I don't use the pc emulator only an Xbox one since my amiga1200 hd died

anyway its not pools or powermonger, because as stated above, the name of the company and the name of the game begins with ( S )

It's obvious if you never played the game then you aint gonna know it, but its not a rare game

Yeh there were some strange guesses considering the clues you gave, mentioning no names of course!

Oh well, guess I'll have to be the one to post the next sample. It's an easy very, tons of clues inside.... wont take long for anyone to guess.... it's a little collection of parts from this game...... it's named .wav again, but it really is mp3.. too lazy to change such a simple thing
