It means the WHDLoad slave needs to be updated to support it.

I also tested an old HD installer of mine that uses JST and this one is not compatible with the Italian version either.

All this is a waste of time. I already have the Italian version to support but have to also introduce quit key for 68000 and memory adjustments for all the other versions as well.
