I just got something cool in the mail from Poland. A revision F HxC floppy emulator from Lotharek. (I managed to get my order in just before he went on holiday).
It was really easy to install into my A2000. I just used the 3.5" to 5.25" adaptor bracket that came with my 386 bridgeboard back in the day to mount it into the 5.25" bay. These HxC units are awesome. It works brilliantly with the Amiga, and it even has a speaker to emulate the sounds of the floppy stepper motor. ![]() |
