Around 2000 there was a jump&run game with this title but it was completely different from Moktar / Titus.

There was a follow-up story in a later issue of the same magazine that Titus had to use a different name outside of France for legal reasons and considered to keep the character but rename the game to Ali Baba. They eventually redesigned the main character and renamed the non-French release to 'Titus the Fox'. So no connection to the 2000 AGA game indeed
