Don't get me wrong..It's still a great board though (Not complaining)..

As you can see in this thread, work is in progress on the 4 mb version...

Yeah and as alenppc says the 534 is literally around the corner.

By the time you get the parts for putting a 530 together, they'll probably be selling 534 boards.

In fact i'm only currently building my 530 because i'd already bought the parts, just damaged the original board. It's also good practice with those tiny CPLD pins. It'll probably go in an Atari in the end since as soon as the 534 is available i'll be building one for my main mig.

The parts list is obtained by loading the schematic in eagle and running the BOM script. I never published a BOM for it because I never figured out all the values. I abandoned it before then.

Expected. The ram is being read too soon after making the request for data at that speed. I’ll put a 1WS ram cpld firmware up for you later

Yeah. TBH unless we can make the burst work there isn’t much point in going over 40MHz.

Haven't got my both TF520 cards running, Diagrom starts to boot, but quits few seconds later.. have all resitors 4k7, will swap these out for 2k and see what's changed. Strange is that both cards behaves the same..

@Stephen
Was thinking about to swap Cypres RAM on TF534 to Alliance, but decided not to do it,
will continue testing new fw's as we need this info for Wiki & othe users

@8 Bit Dreams

Since I have Alliance ram installed, I guess it makes sense to test both types, so you can keep the Cypress one (IMHO)

Yes, that was my plan
it is just not happy above 24Mhz, otherwise works stable, Frontier was running all night long without a crash

I'm also using 4k7 in my both TF520s (first has plastic 68020, second ceramic). I finally got DiagROM and tested both.
Results:
- memory tests are ok (Amiga clock and 20MHz), no expansions installed, so pure 512Kb
- IRQ tests ok as well,
- graphics tests are crashing on Amiga clock, runs fine when clock is set to 20MHz,
- CIA tests are failing on 20MHz (don't remember if are ok on Amiga clock)
All test are ok when I use 68000.

Any idea why CIA tests can fail? What should I diagnose next?

That looks like missing E clock. Did you try with the latest 520 firmware from the binaries repo?

On A500 rev.6a. Have you tested on A2000 only?

Big round ones = 10uF
Regulator ones as per manual for regulator.
Everything else 100nF
