That sounds very familiar to my day what are your tactics for not getting caught out? Scan like a ninja

With all these donations you’re stating to become a Retro Gaming equivalent to a Donkey sanctuary. A loving home to those uncared for Reto games. Good on you mate and cheers for sharing

PS don't forget the manuals too everyone always misses the manuals, but if your stuck on a game they are really useful as a first port of call, even if the manual says bugger all. At least you know the reason you're stuck isn't because you've missed something you're meant to know from the manual.

I'm always too shy to ask for those

These are the ones that are needed:
3D Construcion Kit
3D Pool
James Pond 2 (this one would be really great to have )
RoboCop

I'm in the process of 3D pool so you don't need to worry about that one (although mine is the budget version)

Just done Paper boy 2 not that anyone will ever use it but it's there if they ever do, I hope your not too busy this week TCD

They are a pain to scan so I can see why people don't, but they are good to have on there aren't they.

Oh it certainly is First of all for the controls and screen elements of the games and nonetheless for the background story. Plus it's just good to have all the contents that came with the game preserved and available

I'll double check when I get 5 but I don't think Robocop has the manual?

I'll get round to the books when I get the chance for 3D Construcion Kit and James Pond 2. I've done the scans originally requested yesterday (disk image for 3d consturcion and front and back for lure of the temptress)... who do I send these too??

Cheers

Upload them to the HOL FTP please: http://hol.abime.net/hol_faq.php?section=contributions

No idea about RoboCop, but that might explain why we have no manual yet

All done...Although I think I only scanned them at 200dpi and not 300 if you are ok with that? I'll get round to the 3d consturction manual and robocod when i get the time (hopefully tomorrow) although obviously these will take longer to do then the others.

I was thinking of parting with the games but they look quite nice all sitting together so I might just keep them all now.

I just picked up a brand new (but unofficial) snes pad for £2 on ebay...

...It seems to work great too as I can do all the moves on Street Fighter 2 perfectly fine.

@ Chat Rob 1 and TCD: I've uploaded the manuals to the HOL ftp for Robocod and 3D Construction Kit... although I just noticed that pages 2 and 3 are the same for 3D kit so I'll have to rescan that page next week and resend. Sorry the quality isn't amazing but I didn't have the time to manualy go through each page and colour correct/clean them up etc.
(edit: the files are still uploading as theres so many so maybe give it 30 mins before you move them)
Cheers

Good man, Baboon

I'm just sending over some scans myself (not as good as Robocod though, but they all count)

Nice Joypad by the way
