Found myself playing Hero Quest. Never really played it back in the day, but must admit to finding it a lot of fun!

Got some games on GOG:

Clive Barker's Undying

Great horror game and a quite decent FPS too. The end is a bit stretched out, but overall it's a great experience and a quite creepy one too.

Indiana Jones and the Emporer's Tomb

Too bad that GOG doesn't have Infernal Machine (yet), but the second Tomb Raider like Indy game isn't bad either. Just started playing, so I'll report back later.

I'm also playing Shadowrun Returns on Steam. I really like the atmosphere, but the game itself is too linear and feels a bit 'flat'. The story isn't bad, so it's still quite fun to play, but it should be a bit less 'on rails'. Here's still hope that the next titles in the series are different.

Mostly playing AoE II HD, trying to get as many achievements as possible. Bit repetitive, but also gets some surprises... like winning as Aztec civilization, that did not have horses against Spanish.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The game-play is alright, but the game has the worst community ever.

Yeah something like that. The game is rife with cheating, and many players are unfriendly, aggressive, and hostile. Typical traits of insecure teenage boys, feeling big and bold behind their computer screens.

I can still remember from over a decade ago when I already didn't like the game, but you had to play it because friends said so.

If you lose: OMG Noob!
If you win: wallhack, cheater!

I just trolled people by hiding in a cupboard and killing them with a knife. If the game ain't fun, you've got to make it.

Lately I'm playing Impossamole. It exasperated me, in the past.. nowadays I'm progressing reasonably well and even enjoying.

C64 version is rather good too. it has graphic details that Amiga version has not.. ( mainly background anims ) surely because Amiga version is nearly a ST port.

I'm sinking many hours into Empyrion Galactic survival atm, a pre-alpha game on steam.

It's somewhat buggy but so much fun to play and a nice community around the game as well.

I have finished Inferno the odyssey continues few days ago - I pick it because I couldn't find longplay and I was interested to see what it's all about. Some missions were too long and very similar while few were very fun to play. Game is space simulation with arcade feel. Biggest feature is transition between space/planets and indoors constructions. You often fly into bigger ships, space stations and buildings, sometimes You fly into alien spaceships and bases to blow them from within. Biggest minus of game are difficulty level, sometimes there is not enough time to escape alien structure, or there is simple too much alien ships to take them down.

Now I will try ti finish Arctic Moves, this game was also planed for Amiga, I choose dosbox version. What's bad it's not English, game is bit hard, but also good one with little practice.

I keep going back to my old PC faithful, "Supreme Commander", or "Starcraft" (from time to time). If I could get Star Trek: Armada to work properly, well...

On the Amiga, "Cannon Fodder".
