Just completed GTA V on the PC. Much better than the PS3 version I also upgraded my graphics card as i wanted a solid 60fps

Only other games I have played recently are Minecraft and The Binding of Issac: Rebirth.

A classic game that will -never- get old, although I must admit I still prefer the Dos version simply because its faster and more responsive.

I tried to play Civilization 4: Colonization a few times but the game just won't let me in. A huge chance of an incredibly shitty start, a wrong ambience to it, an imposed maximum amount of turns... blegh. The original is so much better.

I agree with you, i got the Civ4 one also but the original one gives the right feel with the sound, the graphics and the hardware ofc.

I just finished Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.

Or better, finished the main campaign, since it says I finished just 7% of the game

Yeah, incredibly short, took me 2 hours to finish. The game is freaking awesome, and I am looking forward for The Phantom Pain.

Just started Beneath a Steel Sky, a game I really wanted back in the 90s but as a young teenager just couldn't afford. Enjoying it so far, although I'm finding it hangs a lot in WHDLoad which is annoying.

Never seem to stick with one game long enough and have several on the go lol:

ZX Spectrum - Dead Flesh Boy. A new homebrew game that's addictive and also rock hard! Avoid if you don't have the patience of a saint.

Amiga - Slam Tilt. yup - can't. stay. away. from. it. Even after all these years!

PC - GRID 2. Still working my way through all the events. Some races are extremely unforgiving in terms of not being able to choose the car and oversteer can be just a tad flipping oversensitive. Perseverance needed.

I've been playing too many games at the same time.

Hotline Miami 2 - starts out good but too easy in the earlier chapters, ends up being frustrating and ridiculously unfair in the later chapters. The guys went "too big" with this one; the rooms are too big giving very little cover, the windows are too wide providing even less cover, and to top it off you have to fight like 30-50 enemies per floor. It's just no fun, but rather an aggravating grind-fest to try to not make a single fault in all that.

Dark Souls - still. Will probably take me the better part of this year to complete. Now that's value for money.

Prison Architect - This game keeps on getting more addictive. Especially now that death row and super max security (for the worst scum on the earth) have been added to spice it up. You can really make the game as difficult as you want it to be.

Check out the featured prison in the last developer update video: [ Show youtube player ]

It shows just how evil the game allows you to be if you want to

I'm playing Abyss Odyssey, and I am in love with its moody, hand drawn artwork and overtures to Latin folklore. The game reminds me alot of Ork and Leander.

It also introduced me to the rouge-like genre, which I never knew existed beforehand.

My only complaint is that the save system could be better.

I play Disney Infinity with my 6 yr old a lot.

Great fun game I can see why he loves it epecially 2.0 with the marvel characters. You really have to shop around for this though, you can get ripped off for the figures etc if you are not careful.

And a bit of MAME occasionally to get my retro fix.

Wouldn't it be boring if they were easy to dodge? Sounds interesting really, a nice adrenaline kick.

Yes a nice adrenaline kick, game no where near as good as Forza Horizon 2, but worth a play.

The problem with the game is cops spawn where you are so your constantly in a pursuit. You can end one pursuit then another one begins because cops are everywhere, and it hinders the things you want to do in the game which is ahem "race"
