Anyway on another note I want to post a vote of support for amigamaniac!

I bought an MC68060RC50 71E41J from Nathan over at amigamaniac.com and he was a top man to deal with. Good communications and a good price too. Thoroughly recommended.

Doug sold a lot of stuff 2 mondays back, about 300 quids worth, and I'm still checking post everyday in vain for my refund, maybe it'll come for Christmas? I doubt it, all I get off him are broken promises and 'I haven't forgots'

I 'bought' an A2000 off him in May, he cashed my cheque and after a lot of posts and letters he's promised he hasn't forgot and will 'sort it asap', apparently 7 months isn't part of the ASAP, I am now closer to next May than last May and still waiting.

As you can guess my patience has worn thin (if not totally evaporated), and I better not say anything else, but he's certainly not on my Christmas card list!

RE: DoogUK,
I bought an a600 from him in may '09 and sent payment by cheque which he duly cashed in record time. I am still waiting for either the 600 or a (promised) refund. He no longer answers my PM's. And despite prowler paying him in cash for some items, which DoogUK promised to use some of to refund myself and another forum member I still have nothing.
Steer well clear of this guy, he is an out and out crook

Happy Christmas Doog, have a few pints on the people you ripped off

I just bought a Minimig setup from Kitty and it was a fast and easy transaction and a fantastic deal.

Just in case anyone can use the info, the Minimig works brilliantly with an EIZO FlexScan L360 LCD monitor, no out if range problems and they have 2 VGA inputs switchable from 1 to 2 so you could also have something else connected permanently if you wanted.

CD32 and pad with some little nice extras from Paul_s

Expertly packaged, beautifully individual wrapped and protected. Posted very quickly and I was absolutely delighted with the machine and a couple of bonus extras. Thank you very much!

Purchased an A1200 (Just the spare miggy on its own) from ASM1.

Installed my HDD and Accelerator and everything works as it should.

Thanks again Andrew, top bloke to deal with.

Also Kudos for parcel2go for £8 inc VAT this was collected yesterday and delivered today (using DHL's 72hr service) tracking info is superb, you can see it get picked up, arrive at the depot, arrive at your local depot and also when its 'out for delivery'

@spookt & chain: was great to do deal with you both

Unfortunately not all buyers received their items yet. It's really a mess to ship with DHL/Deutsche Post during the days before Xmas and New years eve...

Superb trader A++++++++

Just bought 4 issues of Amiga Power from Paul_S and it was a pleasure.

All except for the 'comedy inclusion' of a picture of Superfrog for me to enjoy

Purchased a 64mb Simm and 2.5gb MicroDrive from Mr.Niceguy

The Memory fits and is working fine in my acceleratror but sadly the MicroDrive did not survive the journey from Germany to UK it wont spin up, just grinding/clicking but kindly Mr.Niceguy has offered to refund.

Thanks very much for the superb communications throughout and I would certainly trade with you again.

Steve.
