Can you send a picture of the K1 sitting in the PCI slot?
Also your other request, it's something that has come up in consideration before and I think it's doable.
Don't bother updating the K1/M1 firmware, it is not necessary.
mpega.library I'm using is 102,376 5-Dez-99. Not sure what version this is as after Hedeon fixed it I just looked in my libs folder and turned this back on.
Looks to be this: http://aminet.net/package/util/libs/mpega-warpup.lha

ok, but if I want to update eventually, where can I download the last version firmware for K1 and M1 ?

Whoa, no. We don't need specifically patched libraries any more, that was with old sonnet.library. I mean there are a couple little things that might have patched executables, but there should be nothing generally from that era we are still using that has been patched.

Not sure where to get the Bigfoot Networks KillerNIC distribution from, I think the firmware update is part of the Windows installer.

at the moment SCSI and FFS of OS3.9 bb2, but tried also with IDE and FFS and PFSAIO ...

and same problems if I run for exemple "gear ppc" or ather ppc software from RAM:

It's not a filesystem problem

It might be a few days more, I've been engaged in something else related, which takes priority level plaid.

@grelbfarlk

read now your private message and reply again, I'm waiting the necessary from you, thanks for your support

In the meantime I wait for what you have to send me, I have done other tests:

updated the K1 and M1 boards to their latest firmware (4.1.0.10) and reinstalled again the entire OS 3.9 base with the version of Picasso 2.1b (before I used Picasso 2.1e)
Everything is perfect in 68K mode and everything is installed again in the basic version of everything (OS3.9, Picasso96 and Warp3d mediator), but always the same instability problems with the powerpc.library in RTG powerpc only (no Warp3d powerpc) and in Warp3D powerpc demos ! while ALL is perfect in same as RTG 68k only (no Warp3d 68k) and in Warp3D 68k demos !

HELP to solve the problems

I await your support, thank you

I think patience is the key. Grelbfarlk is looking at making a distribution whilst testing your installation.

you are also right, the problem is that for more than a year I have been trying to get these Killer boards to work (I tried EVERYTHING I could); different mainboards 4000, power supplies, Voodoo cards, mediator, CPU 040 and 060, I think all the possible combinations of OS3.9 base (without bb, with bb1, with bb2), the MMULib, versions of P96, all the possible variables for the Mediator ..etc..etc .. and to date I can use Quake RTG and GL ppc, WOS and W3d ppc demos for a while, but it's not stable (crash or freeze ... random)
I would like after all this to finally be able to use these PowerPC cards

should I also try one of these variables with the Killer M1 and K1 ? in ENVARC:Sonnet

- EnEDOMem (0 or 1): Enable if you have EDO RAM installed. Default = 0.
- Debug (0-3): Set the level of debug messages. 0 = no messages (default).
- EnAlignExc (0 or 1): Enable the Alignment Exception (or in other words
disable the unaligned access emulation). Default = 0.
- DisL2Cache (0 or 1): Disable the L2 cache. Default = 0.
- DisL2Flush (0 or 1): Disables the full flush of the L2 cache.
Can speed up things if it doesn't crash. Default = 0.
- EnDAccessExc: See EnAlignExc, but now for the Data Access Exception (DSI).
- DisHunkPatch (0 or 1): Disable automatic pushing first code hunk to FAST RAM.
Default = 0.
- EnStackPatch (0 or 1): Enable if you want the library to push more 68K data
to 68K memory like stack and task structures. **EXPERIMENTAL**
- SetCPUComm (0 or 1): If set will move all requests to MasterControl process
and are no longer directly handled by the 68K interrupt. Intended for A1200.
Default = 0. **EXPERIMENTAL**
- SetCMemDiv (0-5): Sets the speed divider of the L2 Cache memory.
5 = 3, 4 = 2.5, 3 = 2, 2 = 1.5, 1 = 1, 0 = Handled by library. Default = 0.
For example: A Sonnet with speed 500 MHz and setting 5 will run the L2 cache
at 166 MHz (500/3). **USE AT OWN RISK!!!**

If it can be useful to solve problems, watching some videos on the Internet, I noticed that in getinfo command output, my K1 and M1 cards have PVR (is It voltage regulator ?) as the number 80830031, while in the videos It is 80830011
Does this matter ?

Also in pciinfo command output, other differences (I don't know what they mean):
ClassCode: $b2000
RevisionID: $30

Injected today +3.3V directly into the K1 board, but nothing changes, sometimes it works all right for minutes or more (RTG ppc and Warp3D ppc demos, games ...), sometimes instead it crashes and reboot or freeze.

My final conclusion is that the powerpc.library is not stable with the K1 and M1 cards, the problem should be solved.
If you tell me how to proceed, We can try to solve these problems that all users of these cards have (who more, some less)

I built up a new OS install based on ClassicWB and it was flaky with the K1 in slot 4, again it would run Amigenerator or Gears for over an hour, but GLQuake would crash after 5-15 minutes. I moved the K1 to slot 2 and it's been running GLQuake for the last 7569 seconds or 126 minutes. *EDIT *UPDATE* Now running for 10934 seconds or just over three hours.
Same as before:

Slot 5) 100MB NIC
Slot 4) Empty
Slot 3) Voodoo 3-2000
Slot 2) KillerNIC K1
Slot 1) Empty

I am not sure how that can be the logical conclusion. K1 does work stably with powerpc.library, this has been proven. It is most likely one or more of the myriad other possible elements that is causing instability in your set up.
