"Para" probably mean it is a "parallax scroll" demo? it sure looks like it has parallax scrolling judging by the screenshots.

also another unfinished game by John is "Scavenger"... it is too bad it never was completed as it really had great potential, it is in a game style i like alot.

Thanks s2325, "para" was interesting but i think the parallax has to be skipped to make room for game physics if making it a game.
JMP probably had too much sparetime when making all those demos :-)

Was US Gold's coin-op conversion of Road Runner an ST 16 bit exclusive? If so is it any good? I've never seen an Amiga version and it's kinda hard to play in MAME since the original coin-op had a large analogue joystick.
