The excerpt from each matching post revealed that the very post I was looking for was fourth in the list without having to check the first three! Thanks, RCK! |

Why is it now mandatory to log in to view someone's post history? It was nice to be able to just lurk around reading people's posts from their profile without always logging in. Also a request: to have pictures submitted for social groups .

Okay . What I meant with social groups that you could add a logo for a group you created, now they're just grey question marks - boring!

Every group creator / manager can edit their group picture directly
http://eab.abime.net/group.php?do=grouplist For example, Bamiga2002 can manage his group with the bottom "Edit Group" link http://eab.abime.net/group.php?do=edit&groupid=74 |

Yes you can change the description and add album pics, but the logo (question mark) is not editable. How can I change my group picture eg. here:
http://eab.abime.net/group.php?groupid=84 |

Perhaps RCK should change the permissions in the AdminCP to allow 'Can Upload Group Icons' because right now, we don't have those permissions

One thing I found out that's changed:
if a persons status is "banned" I can't access this profile and see this persons post list from there (statistics). When I sometimes find that someone's been banned I shuffle through the last posts to maybe get a picture why this person has been banned. Or it might be that the person in question left some information in his threads/posts that I'd like to access. Could it be restored that one could see banned members profiles as normal? What's the reason of blocking the profiles in the first place? |

My guess is that is was a change in the recent versions of vbulletin.
You can still see the last posts of the person by using the search function (top menu bar) and entering the banned person under "User Name" and setting "Show Results as" to Posts. |

Okay, but the way I mentioned was better for me - no searching. Can it be changed back?
EDIT: and no the search function doesn't work so good for this. |

No access to banned profiles was introduced because of spam in the links they added, which was only accessible and deletable by the Admin RCK,
So I doubt it'll be reversed, but I could be wrong |

You should get the same result as with your profile search: http://eab.abime.net/search.php?do=finduser&u=3139 if you use the search function like this: |
