If you have the "MacSND" Datatypes try to delete it! restart and then try again

I would make new drawer parallel with the Temp drawer, and from CLI rename one an one file from Temp to the new drawer, reopen it with wb, till it becomes apparent which file icon that is causing hang, and then send that file icon to PetterK

@Kolla
I do not know if I have understood well you always useful info,but when the problem had happened to me then solved thanks to Peter with "MacSND", renaming he had not solved anything, the problem lies in the inner part of the file.

@ Mark sealey
If you have "DefIcons" in WBStartup, try to take it off and see what happens

Hi Mark,
unfortunately, I've not much time at the moment, but you could also try my IconDemoA1200.adf floppy from the first page, boot from it, open all drawers and test deficons to see whether there is a problem with your hardware. That icon demo should work.

If there was no problem, please upload all your icons (#?.info) from your temp drawer, so that I can check them.

You could also try to use LoadResident or LoadModule instead of RemLib.

I'm also not sure if StartPatchWB in the WBStartup drawer is a good idea? I prefer to call PatchWB after SetPatch in the startup-sequence instead, but only on WB 3.1, never on WB 3.5+.

Sorry, I've overlooked that you have an A600 without AGA. So, better try my IconDemoA500 image, because the A1200 demo uses a 256 color screenmode.

I've tried the A1200 icon demo with the ECS chipset on WinUAE now, and was surprised that even works, but it shows only poor colors, because it has no fixed and optimized 16 color palette like the A500 demo.

I feel sorry that I can't help you much, but I have no A600, no Furia and no SD card either. It seems to be a hardware or driver problem:

Peter as soon as you are quiet, I torture you with a small anomaly found with your library on AfA-OS

ram.info, hm... maybe it is of type "disk" and hence causes havoc when it is in a drawer? Wild assumptions on my part

@Mark sealey

To be sure that you are the culprit try to copy ram.info to another folder and then check if the problem persists, in any case, an icon "Disk" it is not visible in a folder, then see the "Disk" icon only if you use it in a volume but it must be renamed disk.info

Can you attach any files that cause problems to be viewed?

Ive used the Icon Library .ADF.....loads ok...i can open the icon draws.....but if i open the SystemSD: partition it locks up...that leads me to think its a hardware problem...looks like i need to ground the Furia...and Reduce the size Last Partition by 20mb.

I know you are busy...so theres no rush mate
