I played Batman the Movie, F29 Retaliator and Rainbow Islands in that order. It was an excellent pack, remember playing Rainbox Islands late into the night.

Batman the Movie came in another pack (With Nightbreed i think) the FLights of Fantasy pack contained F29 Retaliator Rainbow Islands EFTPORM DPaint2 I know because I had this pack, and got Batman the Movie off a mate (Who got the batman pack a couple months later!) |

It's real bad luck to see Dragon's Lair as first.

![]() Well it wasn't the game itself but the graffics that got me hooked ![]() Considering the tops of the line in those days was 386 and dos was like comparing a Chevette to a Camero :P |

Bippym: That's a good point I remember it was a special deal in the back of Ace magazine I think. Flight of Fantasy with extras- Batman the Movie, Apetizer(loved the tunes), Cruiser Pro multicoloured joystick, disk box, mouse holder.
Loved the graphics and sound(massive difference from my cpc 464) and was hooked on all the games straightaway. Still impressed when I load them up now. |

OMG guys thanks for all the memories! I forgot so many of the games which so enthralled me 20 years ago! I gotta say that Stunt Car racer was just awesome for the physics if not so much for the graphics, Rocket Ranger even got me and F18 and Rick Dangerous and Buggy boy and Ikari Warriors (was that the one where you could pull the opposition's pants down?), shadow of the Beast, Shadowgate, oh yes Popolous and there was one where you had to escape fro colditz or somewhere...
Jeez you've just rekindled a thousand memories. |

Now Paradroid 90 is one of my all time fav games. Also with Uridium 2. But do love my turn based games like Colonization and Civ and bit of Laser Squad thrown in.

Marble Maddness, Obliterator and Virus.
It was on my cousin's KS1.2 A500 sometime in 1988 and he was showing me those three games. Looking back at it he seems to have had some kind of a fix for games hard to control. It didn't put me off though as I got my miggy the next year. |

Glad to see many people experienced Marble Madness right from the start. Amazing, original game! (mouse-only of course!)

I reckon it's better playing it with a joystick personally.
