Kick Off 3 AGA
Kick Off 3 (1994)(Anco)(AGA)(Disk 1 of 2)[cr DLM]
Kick Off 3 (1994)(Anco)(AGA)(Disk 1 of 2)[cr DLM][a] Kick Off 3 (1994)(Anco)(AGA)(Disk 1 of 2)[cr DLM][o] Kick Off 3 (1994)(Anco)(AGA)(Disk 2 of 2)[cr DLM] Kick Off 3 (1994)(Anco)(AGA)(Disk 2 of 2)[cr DLM][o] seems to be not or bad cracked. I have tried to get it running, but was not succesful. After inserting disk 2 nothing happens. Maybe someone can confirm this. Another note is, that the "DLM" intro says, it was not cracked, probably they found no protection, but there must be some kind of protection, because the converted IPF dont run anymore. |

Kick Off 3 is definitely protected, the usual Anco Cobra X-Rom encrypted binary plus lots of checksums.

Quite a few Anco games copy protection was missed, because the protection track doesn't show up when you copy the disk, and most of the copy protection kicks in only if you modify the game.
Of course, if you don't modify the game, thats about 3/4 of the protection made redundant right away, hence why some of the Anco games were released uncracked. Stupid really, why else would Anco goto the lengths to encrypt all the program code if they weren't hiding something? |

but it seems to be obviously, that the game is protected, then i am wondering, that no group in those days released a fix or a real cracked version.

Kick Off 3 (1994)(Anco)(AGA)(Disk 1 of 2)[cr DLM].adf : CRC32 C5226660
Kick Off 3 (1994)(Anco)(AGA)(Disk 2 of 2)[cr DLM].adf : CRC32 8E52E2D0 Even with two disk drives enabled I had to switch disks. Just choose a friendly arcade mode game to see if it starts, so can say if the game fully works |

Odd, whoever looked at Kick Off 3 for Delirium, they removed the encryption, but no, they didn't remove any of the disk checks, and if you don't touch the disk checks, the game doesn't fail for a while as most of the protection side effects are based around someone removing the disk checks.

Ok, i have checked closer, it seems it works really.
In WinUAE its required (as TCD said) to set "Compatibility vs. required CPU Power" to best Compatibility. On real Amiga 1200 i have to disable CPU caches in the "Early startup-sequence. Anyway its a little bit odd, that "DLM" says in the intro, that there was no protection, or did i misread the text in the intro? Last edited by mai; 09 September 2019 at 23:13. |

Either the cracker was very witty or a complete moron Then again 'None found' isn't a very clever scene handle, so he's a moron either way
