You should try also these with kick 1.2 and 512kb only. Some cracks were really rubbish.....

yes i have used ks1.x setting and 512kb also

the others [cr Trilogy] and [cr QTX] are instead ok in that point
easy to test, the first teleport is a mandatory thing

This is the configuration I use for (very) old games. The ship falls into a trap as announced by kremiso.
But on the principle, you are right, some games or crack can only work on specific configurations. The AFL crack requires KS1.2 because of the bootblock loader

interesting that the pre-release has some moving things in the background graphics, but not used in the final version

havent tried yet the AFL one

EDIT @CrashDisk yes, the AFL you can make it work using a ks1.2, but the gfx ingame is broken here
also, it does uses the pre-release version, so just a level, and teleport out of order

it is, but i was testing the other crack mentioned by CrashDisk

so the [cr AFL] should be also renamed as using the pre-release

the Subway crack adfs mentioned in my op are made using the standard version instead, but the crack is not good

the graphics are buggy in the AFL version because of the loader. I extracted the game from the disk and converted it back into an executable. It works better that way!

yeah it works as executable

there is some very old legacy in the AFL releases, but the trainers are good, also lets's say 'clean'

iirc also the ik+ trainer had some issues in loading

yeah Crashdisk seems to have also a B tank for the emergencies

glad these finicky trainers are still coming out,
its not just infinite lives or time

some games can gain a lot in playability with some other things

I know what you mean You explained to me before why you need so many copies and it makes sense. It's just not very data efficient, but somebody has to do it

Crashdisk, a new entry from Generation 5 in french, an educative tool called L'essentiel en Maths Niveau 6ème, released in august 1993, in IPF format in the zone, if you want to make the ADF and include it in the TOSEC. It's a very rare one, it's not even referenced on the net.
