A Most Unusual Request!

Blood Gases

I doubt if anyone has this most unusual training software, but it's on my list due to its severe rareness. Click on the name above to see more.

Blood Gases? You should make that part of the title for the first book from EAB Publishing:
Blood Gases & Monkey Business: How Software Pirates Became Digital Archaeologists

Did you win the auction, BTW? There must be other such titles rotting away in boxes and garages across the world.

Also, did you ever peck through Dirkie's CD lists? He had several MIA titles if I recall before my life became busy.

@DP
I don't understand it...been looking for these since your last post in this thread...I know I d/l all of this stuff and popped them into a dir to return to later, but I can't find them anywhere. /me needs to do a thorough audit. I need to re-install W98-SE anyhow (after my battle with my first PC virus last night).

At any rate, I am seeking the game AIDS Eliminator. Yes, you read right. Apparently you control a penis and I think you need to reach a condom at the end of the level. Strange stuff, indeed, but I really have to see this game to believe it. And I thought Space Bimbo was unusual...

Aids Eliminator:
I had this game, but got rid of it and did not create a disk image If I remember correctly it was German and written in AMOS. Everything in this game was quite poor. It was no game by a health organization and was privately coded. From time to time there were requests to donate money for AIDS research.
Basically you could say it is a very poor 2D conversion of the French "Dal'X" game...

Thanks for the info, Bernd. Like other controversial Amiga games (Schoolyard Slaughter, etc.), the quality is surpassed by the legend. I am still looking for KZ-Manager, even though I despise everything the game stands for (its only fascination for me is that someone dared conceive such an atrocity; a game that if I owned, I'd likely not spread to anyone.) Heck, I don't even share my Schoolyard Slaughter!

Anyhow, back to AE...so this was a commercial game? I have seen it for sale on a German site, but didn't know if it was a real commercial game or some kind of shareware/licenseware/etc. game.

NO, AE was no commercial game. It was coded by an individual to support Aids research. To my best knowledge officially no organization was involved. Perhaps I can get it from Berlin PD. I plan to phone that guy in the coming days... But you probably refer to the German 'Mallander' site. I'd not recommend anyone to order from this fraud.

REGENT 1.09 is in the zone!

Twist, I read that you want v1.1, but strangely, the text document for v1.1 is included in the 1.09 version!
So it seems to be the version that you're looking for - 7 disks.

Thanks for that, Andreas. I'm gonna try to get back to this list later tonight with updates and corrections, as I have fallen far behind. Thanks also to DPainter (my hero) for his lovely new contributions (Judo and Oh No).

In The Shadow Of Time (199?/Shadow Elks) Was this adventure game ever finished/published?

this game i can verify is STILL in development.

(unless something weird has happened the last month)

and about flight sim 2 (sublogic) , i have a few of theese (boxed) and i will check which i have , i remeber i didnt buy the lot from ebay because i didnt remeber which i had or didnt ;(((
IIRC i have 4,5, 6 and 11 ...but hey i might be wrong...need to look.....might take some time ;( (havent seen the oldest boxes here in ages..small house...all stacked away...)

On safari was released , but under another name (dont recall it) ..

Add "Rainbow collection" to your MIA list please, hopefully someone could confirm if it ever was released either on ECS/Cdtv (basically bubblebobble/rainbow islands and parasol stars (i think) )
