if anyone here manages to get this, please up a video to youtube of it working... would be interesting to see

would be great to have it setup in the living room, with the screen at the window... displaying "Amiga Rulez..." "...always"

Yeah, agree - I was interested until the last 30 seconds! Then was in a state of shock followed by uncontrolled laughter.

Isn't that the way it always goes? I'm a sniper my self, and it's simply to avoid buyers who doesn't know what they really want to pay for it that just keeps upping the ante a buck at a time. In the last 5 seconds you drop your MAX bid. No what's if's or but's. then you lean back and see if it was enough or not.

But it takes a bit of mental wrestling for some people. You have to actually figure out how much you are going to pay at the most, even if the price is low when you decide.
I've bought vintage cars, and have had them shipped to Sweden this way. (Yeah, i had to arrange shipping, the sellers usually are kind enough to have the car standing around for a week or two until i can send a freighter to pick it up) 5 minutes before it ends it can be @ 1.000 dollars or so, and when the auction ends, it's well past 10.000.
B!

@Mr B,
100% agree what you said. :-)

Several years back it took me 30 seconds to understand that when I lost an auction I wanted to win. Since then I became sniper too. ;-)
