So Shoonay already made the translation public. No I didn't know it
Can you give a link to the file here, because I can't find it on their page (it's a bit late you know ). I have the disk already, but others might be interested |

Shoonay isn't credited in the cracktro... Don't know if it is intended or they just forgot to name him

If I understand correctly: to play Kajko i Kokosz English version, I need disks 1 and 3 English, and disk 2 doesn't have to be translated? To be more specific, do I need to download files:
- WT-K&KE1.DMS - WT-K&KE3.DMS - KajkoIKokosz_D2.DMS to have fully working English version? |

Oh, and, let me guess... You've missed the super-secret-hidden-message "check the contents of the INFO file on the 1st disk for a brief info about who made the translation", didn't you? Nope, only you two actually do something about it... at least you say so, I've seen nothing yet... Quote:
LOL, seriously, it isn't that hard to download all 3 disks and check for yourself, but IIRC only the data on the 1st disk had to be changed (main exe, intro&outro graphx, menu graphix, requesters), but I didn't recompile it, so believe nothing I said. |

Not so true... I was just the coordinator of the work. 95% was done by mailman, then corrections made by blackcornflake and you, and Codetapper helped with 2 piccies.
I always knew you do, I know you hate me and I hate you too! |

And DonAdan with the coding and convertion tools for various file types. Actually, I've also spend an entire day tidying the source code when I've first got it, and that was quite hard... or, rather... boring and repeatable... Last edited by Shoonay; 01 September 2008 at 15:02. |

'Twas a pity spelling mistakes crept into the English version. The intro screens have the town name spelt inconsistently!

it seems i cannot muster the concentration to complete this translation, and seeing how little interest there is about it, me too i've lost mine.
the files are translated roughly 60% way through: half or more of the text file is done, but it needs to be corrected to add the accented words and apostrophes, which need to be added to the image-string of letters too. all the other images are done, but only one of the credits, (that's easy to do, just text) all of that is free to pick up for somebody willing to finish the italian version: just drop me a line. |
