I was lucky to receive some money from my Grandma for Christmas, so I spent it on a brilliant white A1200 and bought a camera to take photos and videos of it with today:

The secret to staying young forever is never stop playing with your Amiga!
And stay out of the sun. My A1200 was made in France! |

My AT A1200 was also made in France... it was a nos system from Amigakit i got some time ago (i've sold it since). I think Amigakit had a load of French A1200's and swapped the keyboards over for UK ones when i got mine.

Me too!
(Oh wait, you said SD? I missed those 2 letters.. I got a 4G CF card for my Amiga) Well, it just showed up today. I already formatted it with WinUAE and put a clean WB install on it, but I haven't placed it in the A1200 yet... Fingers crossed. It works in WinUAE. Problem is, the only "Card Reader" I have currently is my Photo Printer. It works, but it's a bit awkward. I suppose a card reader for the laptop will be the next purchase.. ;-) Of course, if it works, the next question is what do I put on it.. The clean install? ClasicWB, something else?? Well, one step at a time.. ;-) desiv p.s. LOVE the socks, and I agree with LR. I am getting that old too. I knew a was ..er. .several.. um years ago when my wife (not my wife at the time) was scorekeeping a College softball game. When I got there, I actually asked her if the college game was going to start after the high school game that was going on.. ;-) Man, college girls looked older when I went to college.. ;-) And yet my Amiga is as young as ever..
