My vapourware's working pretty well here too
None planned that I know of, I guess it's up to the user. I have this small fan on mine for testing, but it's noisy. A slimline heatsink or a PGA heatsing that's been milled down to accommodate the keyboard might be the best option (as the Warp and ACA boards have), since it would allow a larger / quieter fan. But since the clock speed is software selectable, it can be run at 50MHz without a heatsink, and adjusted up depending on the heatsink & 060 revision. |

Is this card still going to be released? I thought Stephen had left the Amiga scene.

@Daedalus on the TF360 and I guess would be the same as TF1260 I think it's the CLPD's getting too hot which was causing me lock ups (I am using a Rev 6 060).
Note this only happened at 75mhz at long periods and that very very rare occasion that the weather made it ~30 Deg c ambient in my room. My use has 90% on demos running at 75mhz, and i have have clocked up many many hours and it has been fine in 'normal' UK weather. The TF360s had small raspberry pi style heatsinks on the CLPDs, i did remove those and add taller ones due to the extra height available in CD32 expansion bay. Enjoy the TF1260 you lucky ... |

Yeah, some small coolers on the CPLDs would be easier to fit as they're a bit lower and a bit further back. So far this card's happy at 75MHz, though I haven't pushed it that hard really.
Stephen's resorted to doing just what he wants rather than getting involved with the scene any more, and part of that is a limited release of some rather nice cards |

There are and will be other options down the road for the A1200 anyway. If it wasn't for TF we wouldn't have any accelerators for say.. the CD32 Lets be grateful for whatever did come out as opposed to "nothing come out" because no one wanted to put in the hard work required... |

So where can I get one for testing? CPU is not needed, just a socket.

You seem angry about something, is it that you don't have a TF1260?

@commodoreguy you need to grow up, pal
It’s a thread about the TF1260. So why shouldn’t ppl with them post images and information? |
