Just saw that Stevie ad.. and no we didn't have that here. Did all US Amiga commercials have the goonies soundtrack?

We had some pretty bad ones though.. The CD32 one springs to mind:
[ Show youtube player ]

You only get to see about 2 Nano seconds of actual gameplay graphics in the entire thing. Probably for the best considering the PS1 was just around the corner.

...still got my 060 A1200, which I used until I bought my first PC in 1998 - that thing was FAST.

Also got a couple of 500s - from time to time I hook them up and play the good old games...

Some unknown to me but nice looking PC games. They are on Best Games For IBM PC Disk 6 from archive.org It's not possible to unpack them with 7-zip, I think MS-DOS version of RAR is required.

When i was in my youth years and in high school i was used to program on a Rockwell AIM 6502 microprocessor, my jaw dropped open when i first saw a A1000 with it's music and graphics and the oldest PC i have got my hands on was a 8080 IBM-PC Clone. Amiga's have soul and i still love them even if i use a PC as day to day workmachine.

Perhaps Winrar also works, I haven't had any problems unpacking old RAR files created under Dos with it.

Izarc can open the archives:
http://www.izarc.org/

You'll need a password to open some of them apparently (such as Nectaris). Here they are:
http://gamemaster.ru/common/doc/cata...class-pass.txt

You'd better make a local copy of the above file because they don't see that easy to find and you never know when a site will disappear.

Sadly, Nectaris is not compatible with 64-bit OS, so I could not try it. Maybe later, if I plug my old Windows XP computer.
But I am counting on s2325 to make a gameplay video and give us a quick review

Its to scare away those who are not worthy of observing the content. Foul language will do that.

Classic fond is "real" title of the series of ISOs (best games for IBM PC is only the sub-title and make things quite harder to search online).

Izarc?

Apparently it seems to be bundled with some adware program:
https://www.virustotal.com/en-gb/fil...cf09/analysis/

http://www.microsoft.com/security/po...32%2FOpenCandy

I don't remember having seen that but that could be true. Either because I have an older version or because I did not choose to install one of the associated program (probably what triggered whatever warning you got).

I would not take such a thing as an issue but I understand you preferring to be on the safe side.
Perhaps Izarc2Go:
http://www.izarc.org/izarc2go.html
does not have the adware program since it does not require the installation process.

Sorry anyway if the warning message you got created you some trouble (at work or whatever)

Additional software will install even if you uncheck it and click cancel. Microsoft Security found and removed 1 warning but you need to remove also 3 other shits. These games are not worth it.
