@Akira
I'm currently debugging the current design / PCB's & it will need some modification firstly to work satisfactory & to produce the best possible output quality. The 15KHz VGA output will be removed, Multiscan Monitors are not very common any more & most LCD's will not support 15KHz operation anyway. Hope to have an update in 2 Weeks TC |

@fingers
Tell me more my friend, Are you using a VGA monitor / multiscan, would a 23pin to VGA adapter not suffice ? The problem I have is that I have no means to test he port's proper functionality TC |

Hey there TC,
I have an old (15khz compatible) IBM monitor with regular VGA connector, so I'd hoped to be able to use it or S-video, depending on machine/location/desire. Maybe even dual displays PZ. |

Dumb as i am... Wouldn't removing the monitor connector kinda defeat the purpose of this toy? You suddenly need something like this to be able to hook it up to a monitor? For me, not owning a TV, this was the main idea behind the concept. Find a cheap good way to get the Amiga to use my monitor. Preferable with a integrated scandoubler, since i doubt my LCD would like the low scan-rates.

in light of Zetr0's more recent efforts on the A600 expansion front, i have to ask, has this project been abandoned? Suggested prices did almost seem too good to be true.
I am rather desperate for one of these now that I have a better TV, and I cant suffer composite much longer, when the TV doesnt seem to have decent RGB support. edit: although KG is convinced my cables are just crappy! Last edited by Hungry Horace; 15 April 2009 at 01:19. |

I second Hungry Horace: would love to buy a couple of this adapters (2 at least), all made, ready to go, since i suck with soldering and stuff....please let me know if they are still available. If not, and you have estimated time, put me in a wishing list!

Just a guess ofcourse, but seeing as this hasn't recived any (usefull) replies since almost a year ago, i'd guess it's been dropped. Sadly.
