Having a bit of an issue, the game was working fine but now all of a sudden I get a black screen after the explosion intro, I can hear the music just fine but no screen output. Is there a way of changing resolution outside of the game?

You can change the resolution in DUKE3D.CFG, but if the screen goes blank mid-game it probably won't help. It shouldn't hurt trying though.

I see. I'm still using 4.9.1 as I'm not an early adopter when it comes to new major releases. I'm sure any new issues will get ironed out eventually.

Yeah I'll sit on it for a bit and see what happens, either you will do an update or Toni will. Failing that I will try an old version and see if it changes.

I found out what the issue was, and it was me being dumb. I forgot to move the wav music files out of a "music" folder and into the root folder. Problem solved.

That's interesting, having wav files in a music folder stops the game from loading? I'll have to test this.
