Hiya. I'm just trying this 2.50 version and I can't get to play the first mp3 I'm trying. I've deleted my preferences and stored in S the "group". Could you please tell me if this mp3 works with your latest version?
I love this song.

When I try it just says "File error".

Hi Retrofan!

I confirm that I also cannot play this MP3 with HiP v2.50, error "Not enough memory!" but Koobo has made some changes so it could be working with the next version

Yeah that file has an ID3v2 tag in front of the stream. If the tag data is large enough then MPEGA.library will not accept the file, in Hippo v2.50 and older.

That is a great change list. You should really do nightly or weekly builds for those of us who would like to beta test in progress stuff.

PS. Just found that IntroToTheRace_med.lha crashes octamixplayer.library v7.1 (the one supplied with HiP and other players). I couldn't find a more recent version on the Net, does anyone have a more recent version by any chance?

comes with version $VER: octamixplayer.library 8.7 (27.7.2009)

Hi

Thanx for the great update.... but....

The Scopes are fixed but they don't show up in any other screen but the Workbench anymore

I have my Hippo playing in a custom screen on the 2nd monitor but all scopes are being opened on the Workbench screen.

Oops, that probably broke when rewriting the scope stuff! I'll have a look.

I had written "nw_SIZEOF" instead of "enw_SIZEOF". The "e" makes a difference

Working perfectly. Will test some more over the next few days (normally real amiga with piStorm/Emu68 and dual monitor setup is running and playing tunes either with Hippo or Imp while I work

), but so far really nice!

as it says Architecture: ppc-amigaos and not Architecture: m68k-amigaos >= 2.0.4
