If you really made 20 points then yes, it's your best score.

April Quiz - Clues #2

Ladies and Gentlemen, it's time for the final sprint. Tuesday night this round will end, and do you really want to miss out on the 2nd-biggest-of-all-time quiz? More than 90 people have joined so far, five from this community.

Here are the last clues for you:

1) Number 5 is not "Crazy Machines"
2) Number 9 is not "Gabriel Knight"
3) Number 12 is not "Space Hulk"
4) Number 18 is not "Little Big Adventure"
5) Number 25 is not "Theme Park"

And as a last comment - with the titles 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 19 you have series where you need to name the correct part to get the full point.

Deadline is Tuesday the 30th April, please participate via http://www.retrogamequiz.com/

Here's the quiz for the last time: https://i.imgur.com/tjJ1grW.png

Finally, I'm dying to know what 18, 22, 24 and 25 are going to end up being. I know I've seen 22, but just nothing pops to my mind.

It's about the mistakes people make, not the mistakes people *could* make. When I notice there's a lot of entries with the wrong part of a series, I compare if they look alike.

For picture numer 8, there is barely any graphical difference between the real answer and the answer many people entered - it feels unfair to take half a point off. With 17 it's similar, and for the 21 I am playing it safe because I don't know the series that well and there's some naming quirks.

You still have three empty fields, let's see if Havie or you wins this one - tomorrow you'll get all the answers!

At least regarding EAB (and therefore home computer users) I am pretty sure that most of us, even if they didn't get a PC for a while, followed general computer gaming news (via magazines) and/or had friends owning a PC.

Impressive that so many people got all the answers (or not that far).

Started building my own PCs [IBM Clones] around 96 (running SP2 Detroit ?)

But I started training on them in April 1990
Using IBMs and Commodore PC-I, Amstrad 1512 & 1640 and PCWs

Hm well, I don't think I could have done any better. The ones I did not know I really had no clue existed.

the only exception is Terra Nova, but that game is from a time period where you basically had to upgrade your PC every month just to be able to play the games... my parents were not that rich.

May Quiz - handheld gaming

Two weeks ago the Nintendo Game Boy turned 30 years old, and to honor its legacy this round is dedicated to games for handheld consoles - but only on devices 100% made for video games, mobile phones are excluded.

Of course this topic means that Nintendos many handhelds are heavily covered, but I kept a balance: One half of this quiz is for games where Big N didn't supply the hardware.

After the round for MS-DOS classics this month might not be as easy, as a few obscure titles made their way into the lower half of the picture... but I am confident you can do it.

Well then, hope you brought enough batteries or an AC adapter to charge on the go?

Deadline is Friday the 31st of May, please participate via http://www.retrogamequiz.com/

here is the quiz, good luck!
