Yes it runs Monkey3 perfectly. Although it crashed while talking to wally.
Here's a video of the intro video. I couldn't find a way to skip it there were some bugs. [ Show youtube player ] |

And here's the OS 4.1 version of ScummVM (it doesn't always run and gives grim reaper when I start ScummVM. For example before making this video, I had to reboot 5 times to make it run). It's running much slower than the old warpup version during the intro but the game itself runs satisfactory (moving mouse causes slow down and mouse itself is sluggish as well)
I have a CVisionPPC and 400MHz 604e. Here's the video. (it runs the same speed using fullscreenmode. I can also enable filters. Even hq3x runs but speed does not change much. It's not that much slower than the already slow original) [ Show youtube player ] Last edited by ancalimon; 14 December 2014 at 17:50. |

The RTG_040 version instantly chrashes and reboots on Amithlon.
The install script within the archive does not work too. |

Final RTG version now available on AmiNet. I've just done a combined release for 040/060 because I no longer have the time to do separate builds.
I've done something a little bit funky with this new version, you can now use the Magic of the Amiga to specify a different screen resolution for the Launcher than what's used by the game. This allows you to have a nice looking 1280x720 Launcher screen and still run DOTT really fast in native 320x240. I did try and introduce CyberGFX Scalers but they look really ugly in WinUAE and I've no way of testing on a real machine. I also tried to do a 'proper' SDL port with a Window mode for AmiKit but unfortunately the colors were all screwed up Can someone with a 'real' RTG Amiga give this new version and go and see if the Screen resolution switching is working OK (eg Launcher to DOTT then back to Launcher). Thanx |

This seems to run ok on Amithlon, but I can't verify as I have yet to figure out how to create a working 320x240 Picasso96 screen mode.
When I start a game I can hear it playing, but out of sync message displayed on my monitor. My next mission in life = get a working 320x240 screen mode.... Update: done a bit of investigation and you need a monitor that supports QVGA. I switched to my Microvitec Multisync and 320x240 works Other games work fine with 320x240 screenmode (ADoom, Heretic, Hexen etc) but ScummVM is all squashed at the top of the screen. Not usable at all However, VGA games like Curse of Monkey Island are perfect and full speed Last edited by Amicol; 11 December 2015 at 18:30. |

Cool to know, thanks for the feedback. I'm quite proud of my final Scummvm release
Try setting the launcher resolution higher, say 1920*1080...that might be fun |

Nice job on the port! Running nice on my 060 :-) I had a look at the source inside the scummvm_rtg archive and I think it is missing the RTG sources? I only see AGA sources.

About the RTG version, I can't use it atm because it tries to open a RTG screen of 320x200 that I don't have. Any clue to overpass this ?

As far as I understand there is still no hope for us 020/030 users with no FPU to get midi emulation from scummVM?
