HOW TO: Picasso96settings prefs file
I'd like to know how to open (disassemble) the picasso96settings prefs file.. I am a newbie about amiga programming but i have the will to learn and do, so if there is some doc or tutorial that i can read to do this kind of operations, please let me know

Picasso96 is closed-source, so you have to find it out yourself.
