Amiga Forever question
If you choose to pay for an upgrade (say from 2006 to 2010), do you get the latest Plus ISO and a new license key? Or does it give you a specific upgrade-only ISO and/or you have to install the old AF first, then place the newer AF on top of it? I hope it's the former as a double-install just sounds pretty wasteful and time-consuming to me.
Thanks! |

You get the latest Plus ISO and a brand new license key which can be done as a clean install (i.e. no need to use your old license/iso etc)

You always get a full-version CD or ISO with an upgrade license key. Only during installation it is check whether an old version is already installed if you enter an upgrade key. The files on CD are all usable without installation.

Hmmm, two slightly conflicting responses.
So if I'm given an upgrade key I'm expected to have installed the older AF first? |

Nope. When I did a clean install of W7 the other week I installed my latest upgrade copy of AF 2010 straight on with new key and works fine. Didn't need to bother with my 2005/8 versions
