So it seems it was on CU Amiga Coverdisk 183 but thats not on AMR maybe someone has it?
This issue also has also has a lot of info on its usage pages 18-21

Haha I also Just came across it on CU CD 23 this CD has some good stuff including some nice AMOS examples

including the boss EEL routine from seemores Capers.
