Would you allow me to suggest the creation of a "Yet another 5 (or 10) games list with the smoothest scrolling" thread, as your list seems to focus on that aspect, not so much on gorgeous gfx.

I mention 12 games and of them I mention the scrolling of 3. I can really see how that translates to "a focus". No, really. I can!
Oh, wait, no, I can't.

Going by gfx alone and only OCS/ECS:

Shadow Fighter
Elfmania
Lionheart
Shadow of the Beast
Agony

Now, OT, I recall an old thread discussing how some conversions of Shadow of the Beast were better than Amiga's own....I've played almost every incarnation of this game and I still can't understand how in terms of gfx (not gameplay) can the Genesis or PC-Engine hold a candle to miggy's version. I mean, sure, there's more colors on some enemies, but other than that, Amiga's version is like a painting in motion whereas any other version is just a good looking game. Always wondered how people came into that conclusion (PCE or Gen version > Amiga version) and I thought I'd mention it here. Sorry for the OT.

I love the Bitmap Bros/Renegade/Graftgold supremacy of this thread.

ECS:

1. Xenon2/Cadaver/Gods/Chaos Engine. Considering most of them use 16 colors (except for SB & CE AGA): imagine what it would look like with a 32 color base!!!!!
2. Elfmania: technically amazing, great colors
3. Unreal (the 2D parts are awesome. The 3D parts suck)
4. Agony
5. Project-X

I could add Lotus II and Ruff'N'Tumble. Well used, with added copper rainbows, the 32 colors of the amiga could make great colorful games.

AGA:

Banshee
Virocop
Fire & Ice (ECS version was good, CD32 version rocks!!)
Rise of the Robots
Chaos Engine
