What is this? Ashcom

Hey there, today I went scavenging for my Amiga 500 for a spare floppy drive as mine's died, and I found this in the trapdoor - all it says on it is Ashcom? And has 4 Goldstar GM71C4256A-12 chips and a DM74LS00N.

Can anyone tell me anything about this?

Thanks

Oh, and yours don't have the prone-to-leak battery.
