hi,
not intercating, but you can modify and edit the samples you made from your LPs within samplitude. after editing samples you should import them in macecd, creating an audio cd. or using another application producing mp3 files and burning them as a data cd using makecd. regards, hit |

i've had the same problem, discovering the key, serial. but its that easy, on the main page:
http://samplitude.act-net.com/ under: Download your full version! ... like this one: anFq7aDFba2qq0BqCaFAa0pEa0mAqFqFqFqFqFoF - copy it to ... there is also a documentation. if it gets weird for the first time, just try to get an idea from reading the manual. Edit: just found this: http://samplitude.act-net.com/aiff_cd.html . it seems it can write cd images for use with makecd. never used back in days, no cd-burner and so on ... regards, hit Last edited by hit; 23 June 2008 at 23:06. |

ok, good luck
btw. you have to download the demo too, as a basic install, then just drop the "full" version in the mainfolder , give it an icon and so on. the other issue was the config file, i had to remove it, since it asked again for the key when i started it for the second time. not sure if it was my fault somehow, but just in case you are experiencing the same. regards, hit |

hI,
the first two are turnkey versions (means only working with dedicated hardware) - in this case the two soundcards mentioned above. i did loading/installing the demo and grabing the files under "Updates ... Samplitude Opus". (eg. FULL V3.5R9-5 from 20.12.00 ) try them, this should work with amiga sound devices, as it did here regards, hit |

hi,
hmm, i only use it on winuae. can run it at UAE:800x600 and PAL: 640x512 interlaced. but PAL:640x256 works too, but i get the "scrambled" message too. what i did: first i deleted the SamplitudeOpus.defs file. after starting "Make Assign" and Samplitude Opus, a requester appears (no defs), just click continue. on the main screen just click elsewhere and then the key/serial box appears: under the "User" box you can enter the key manualy or hit the "get" button to read it in from a text file. after hiting "ok" you have to goto the menu Preferences and choose "Save Setup". hope this helps. edit: the serial is written into SamplitudeOpus.defs: ... PRIO-PLAY = 20 PRIO-REC = 0 REG-USER = REG-KEY = anFq7aDFba2qq0BqCaFAa0pEa0mAqFqFqFqFqFoF SCREEN-TYPE = 4 SCREEN-WIDTH = 0 SCREEN-HEIGHT = 0 ... just in case, everything else went wrong regards, hit |

hi
i have followed your instructions, clicked the make assign, then deleted the defs file, altered my res to 640x512 high res, on the main screen (the about info) there is no ( get button )? below the user button, or anywhere else? looking in my startup-sequence & user-startup, i can see no assigns refering to this program anywhere? do you have anyother suggestions. thanks mike |

hi,
i downloaded the demo and added the full version to the demo folder. cant test the ppc version, but all should have been registered, using same defs file. have a look into the zone. i made a folder with all files. works with winuae, no amiga arround, but should work too Edit: the assigns for the program wont get saved, you have to click on "MakeAssigns" every time you restart the amiga. regards, hit |

hi,
cant say much about the 060/ppc version, it was starting in WinUae. not sure about the ppc support here. the serial box appears just once until you entered the correct code. it wont come up again. well, and as you say, now check what the program is cabable; have a look into the documentation, if you get stuck. regards, hit |

hi twizzle,
sorry to hear that. but as i said above, back in times i had no equipment to fully test it. was just impressed by its professional touch and features. i/o of sample files and playing with them was fun. but didnt came any further, eg. sampling from devices. i have no clue about another sampling. i recall there were some, maybe Audiomaster was any usable, but maybe dedicated to some hardware. anyone else with some suggestions? Edit: have a look here: Samplemanager http://www.hd-rec.de/ http://www.hd-rec.de/HD-Rec/others.html regards, hit Last edited by hit; 27 July 2008 at 21:34. |
