Interesting Memory Module

Hello there my forum chummies

now i have been salvaging some 1M*16bit memory chips from various sources of 4MB and 8MB 72 pin SIMMS

it was about half way through de-soldering a bunch of sticks that I came across and interesting stick of ram in my (to be salvaged/ravaged/victimized) collection.

heres the designation

THM3210B5BS-70

when i search for this i found this

1Mx32 Hyper Page memory module

Never heard of Hyper page before... crazy or what...

Theres plenty of EDO / DRAM and FPM... but Hyper Page... figure...

so what were these Hyper Paged memories used in? any idea...

before you ask.... it didn't work in any of my Amiga accelerators
  • CSmk2
  • Apollo 030
  • Apollo 060
  • 8MB RTC FPU board.

@ Zetr0

You can stop wetting yourself in anticipation now, Hyper Page was just another description for EDO RAM. It probably didn't work because it's broken, maybe...??
