I'm guessing the switch resets the amiga...
Or does it reset something else on the amiga?

I needed it because the Mediator hasn't got a 'Reset' connector like the Micronik one.

Don't you need a Voodoo card for the Mediator Z4 to get to work with network card?

my dear friend, if anyone would need 2 reset buttons it would be you LOL.

I like the idea of a wood case/finnish I have played with that idea for a while but my imagination still hasn't come up with anything cool enough lol.

Still looking for a case for my z4 PCI miggy .... shame its got voodoo5500pci, sound blaster live 1024, 10/100 network and TV/VIVO card... all it awaits is the case......

I though so too.
That's the message I got back from Elbox the other day:

'As you can find on this page there is no AHI drivers
for SOUNDBLASTER AUDIGY/LIVE available as for now.'

I did this reset hack on an old tower project I built years ago, I soldered a two pin header on so the atx reset lead would just plug on

But the reset switch is faster, there's a slight delay when pressing keyboard reset-keys.
