Short CD/RW drives for A4000D

here you can see an advance of very short CDRW drive:

SONY CRX230 (singlechip solution = 165mm) compared to std. TEAC drive.
You will gain approx one inch of space inside.

If anyone knows about any other types of short drives please post it here...

(i think there is one Creative drive ???)

LiteOn drives are very short, too.

Yup, confirmed:
Lite-On Combo Drive 52x32x52x CD-RW & 16x DVD-ROM
Dimensions (WxDxH): 14.5 cm x 17 cm x 4.1 cm

im wondering if some drive beats 165mm depth of that Sony
