Atari currently selling consoles

Did you know Atari is currently selling new classic consoles like the 2600 or the 7800? They're meant to be working with the old game cartridges. Did anyone get one?

There was some slight issue with them with compatibility last year? there is news of a 7800+ coming out this year but not really looked into it. I only play Atari games on large CRT TVs myself anyway so I don't buy FPGA type consoles with HDMI ports on the back, it's not for people like me with 15 or so CRT displays in the house.

I would have if I still had the cartridges! I was kind of surprised that apparently this thing was worth producing. I'd have thought the 400 Mini would be the go-to device: https://retrogames.biz/products/the400-mini/

Not sure if it actually worth producing or if it is meant to say 'Look we are really THAT Atari and not a rebranded Infogrames'.

The Atari console line has many fans in the US, and the first one was an icon worldwide. They new "+" ones sell quite well.

Also, a "Mini" ZX Spectrum from RGL is coming soon.

Isn't spectrum in its original size already 'mini'?

I've seen some consoles, but had no idea they were build by Atari...

Well of course they're not, that Atari no longer exists.

Yes, I told them about 3 years ago, someone was trademarking their old consoles and they did nothing. Now they are paying to sell their new console, lol.
