I have only seen it on A500 at present and I was blown away. Crystal clear and pin sharp on any size lcd, oled, led screen. I thought RGB to scart was good, this is just a whole new level.

Dont games kind of look 'off' without scanlines? I know you can generate fake ones, but those never look right to me.

Really don't know how to reply to that. Spose its personal choice.
I never use scanlines in say emulation, only the filters. i.e. arcade RGB, which makes everything look awesome to my personal taste. However we are a talking about something different.
I always remember getting my A600 with RGB scart monitor. I remember seeing workbench and thinking, this is awesome, not once did I think, those scanlines are great, I want more.
