Amiga 1200 rpm pins connected

I decided to add an fpu to my a1200 motherboard. All looked well but black screen. Couldn’t find any errors in soldering so decided to remove it. No apparent damage. But still black screen. On checking traces I noticed that ua6 rom pins 28&30 have continuity. And every place they are connected too are the same. I’ve looked as close as I can and no cross connection. Any ideas please. Going mad. Thank you
