It's clearly a fullscreen only issue and if we find a fix later, we can make sure it stays centred. Anyway, I was thinking to make a cross hair or cornerbox type sight using the transparent rendering mode. I may branch from your branch and PR back into it.
I probably want to make this mod controllable, so that some weapons don't have or can have different ones.
