Amiga A2386 error with beeps

Hello, I have a problem with an amiga A2386 bridgeboard.
At startup it reports 3x long beeps and 2x short beeps. This indicates a problem with the DMA management.
Does anyone have experience with this? In my opinion, everything points to a defective VLSI VL82c311 chip.

Previously the card ran for about 30 minutes. When I experimented with the oscillator and other values, the card failed.

Amiga OS reports that the Janus library cannot be found.

Meanwhile VLSI VL82c311 chip is successfully changed, but same issue.
Beeps are same.
This beeping in phoenix Bios means "Slave-DMA-Register defect"
Any hints to find the DMA error ?
