You can set the Covers folder on other location.

I set my Covers folder on DH1:Covers and it loads the covers from that location.

Yep, that's what I thought too but don't work. Covers just don't show up. I don't get it what I'm doing wrong... Maybe I'll take few photos here and maybe you'll see the problem.

Edit: TinyLauncher with games, demos and covers are all in Data:
Covers and Tinylauncher itself are in Data:/Tinylauncher

Edit2: got it. The path needs to be to Data:TinyLauncher/Game. I thought it would check game-covers from game-drawer and demo-covers from demo-drawer...
