Also always wondered what was behind the BlizzardPPC problem, I also did experiments with iFusion, it worked fine on a friends CyberStorm but not on BPPC. Actually it did work to a point, but required fiddling with some of the ppc support libs and the many experimental version of them (all with same version!) And then it would load the MacOS but the graphics will get corrupt on the RTG screen, no idea if AGA would have worked.
Would be intesting to hear from Jim what special cookies are required to setup the reserved memory for 68K version to make it work (Probably similar to ShapeShifter and hopefully they do not overlap) under updated OS without rebooting and resorting to the rsrv* tools. |
