Right so the answer was my oscillators were not TTL ones
Amiga requires TTL only oscillators |

Go for this https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-...iring-and-test add some TTL level converter - use Arduino also as a watchdog (so if CPU stop then it will restore pre-programmed frequency automatically) - IMHO this is most flexible and best way to OC Amiga.
