I think the "PLA 710008" color is only available as custom order.
Quoting Jon from Colorfabb from his email: The M-000348 is used as a trial sample, the actual production code you can use as reference for ordering later on is : PLA 710008 |

UPDATE:
After searching far and wide, I finally was able to get an authentic cover for the Amiga 1000 RAM expansion. Only cost me $575 including shipping. Oh, and the seller decided to toss in the original box, keyboard and A1000 unit as well. LOL |

Another option if you cannot match the colour perfectly is to go totally different… |

The plexiglas ones are total crap and don’t fit. They are made (poorly) by PlexiLaser.de The best is to use the STL file from the forum AmigaLove and have it professionally printed… https://www.amigalove.com/viewtopic.php?t=1544&start=10 Last edited by seb132; 22 April 2023 at 15:49. |

This is what I get spraying an A1000 rear panel with RAL Design 085 80 10. Good enough for a rear panel that rarely gets seen, but someone should be able to adjust the RAL numbers to get closer, possibly just one notch towards red and maybe one step down towards grey (RAL design numbers are coordinates on a colour cylinder)?
Note that I've chosen a photo that really emphasises the colour difference, in reality, once installed, it looks a fair bit closer. It was sprayed with a plastic primer, 1K colour then 2K matte clear coat. I don't have time right now to try again, so hopefully this is a starting point for someone else. The original backplate was found but it was missing the fan grill. I printed a new grill using Colorfabb PLA. Too bad two public libraries have forbidden me from using my own filament.

Since using my own spool in public library became impossible, I bought my own 3D printer with 1.75mm filament size whereas my old spool was 2.85mm. I asked Colorfabb a quote for 750g spool with 1.75 filament size and with a photo as reference showing their existing color patch against my A1000 expansion port cover inside. The price was 49.99€ without VAT or shipping.
