Intel HD Graphics 530 good enough for WinUAE?

Is an Intel Core i5-6500T with Intel HD Graphics 530 good enough for WinUAE?

Talking about everything:

From 100% ECS and AGA games emulation to fast JIT gaming plus scanlines, shaders and all that fancy GPU demanding stuff.

Thank you.

From my experience, if you want shaders a dedicated GPU is needed.

Update:

Yes, it works!

I tried AGS plus the included shaders.
Perfect performance.

So if you're looking for a cheap but powerful solution, just get a 100€ MiniPC and AGS.

It depends on IGP i.e. I have Radeon RX 780M on Framework laptop 13's Ryzen 7 7840U APU.

And to be honest, acceptable or prefect performance is a subjective metric. Some people are perfectly happy with a slightly jerky emulation, others want an almost 1 to 1 experience.

For myself, if the mouse movement is not buttery smooth, I break down in tears.

Thank you for making me laugh today....

1:1 emulation = MistER FPGA? (or we don't want to open that can of worms )

Back to the topic, recently got couple mini PCs with the same video card and after installing Recalbox I can confirm emulation on the chipset is not bad, including GameCube and DreamCast emulation. (someone was saying something about shaders, right?))

We were mainly talking about shaders and other GPU heavy stuff (e.g. Direct3D support etc.)
