Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge (and it's not the Megadrive version)

Title : Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge
Developers : Light Source
Publisher : System 3
Year : 1992 (but probably unreleased)

Thank you Interesting that there seems to be no mention of an Amiga version in any magazine. The year indicates that it was likely to be planned as a parallel release for the MegaDrive and Amiga.

Thanks, that's a really cool find. The game looks much more like the NES version though.

The year is an estimate between 92 and 93 ... it's possible that the disk contains more or less hidden information, but it's still surprising that there isn't even a brief announcement about it in the press.

Whenever you find those demo versions of unreleased games I would love to hear the story behind how the disk got out and was eventually imaged. I'm quite aware that the chance of finding that information is most likely 0%

This demo has 2 known sources:
- An Italian Warez collection (SGT)
- A disk dumped by SimonV from the collection > Theo - box17

Translation from hungarian:
The highlight will be SYSTEM 3's newest game, FERRARI GRAND PRIX CHALLENGE, a car race similar to PITSTOP 2. 16 rounds, 25 opponents, split screen. Unfortunately, we haven't seen a picture of the game yet, but the name obliges (AMIGA)!

Thanks for the references. 1992 is a good date.

Another nice find of unreleased game. I am sure it was also previewed in Amiga Power issue 18 from 1992 on page 50.

It's crazy that you have to find a game to discover the references in the press.
Usually, it's the other way around
