No sound at all or last only one minute?
Try to find the x68000 version of the songs, should be supported else, sometimes some work on the xml files is needed For the play one minute problem, you need to generate a key in the hoot japanese website and put it in the configuration file. |

I did figure out how to use hoot, and i was using the wrong rom.
That soundtrack has so much errors (and i hate it), i didn't know how to arrange a sound when i made this. I hope that i can make much better music for amiga games |

For those wanting something to compare to here is the arcade RETSU 2m50s
[ Show youtube player ] What are you going for? Faithful reproduction or what the composer had intended had they had better sound hardware? I personally like the FM synthesis sound + reverb / vibrato (I don't know the correct term) of the original arcade version vs your flat samples. Some of the notes in your version do not sound like the corresponding ones in the original. |

Yeah is not that easy, you might need to add effects on your own with protracker tags like vibrato or similar to give some more life - i can send you some mod i made for games using that technique to study if you need - and i remember i started some video showing how was doing Gun.Smoke songs - did not know yet how to use OBS properly so no talk there but should give you ideas
